By accessing our website or booking any of our services online, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or purchase.

1. General Information

L’Atelier & Co. provides professional beauty, spa, and aesthetic services. All online bookings, purchases, and transactions made through our website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Appointments

Clients may book appointments directly through our website’s booking system.

A confirmation message or email will be sent once the appointment is successfully scheduled.

Bookings are subject to availability and may be adjusted or rescheduled with prior notice.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward rescheduled appointments.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

L’Atelier & Co. reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness, emergencies, or equipment maintenance. Clients will be notified immediately in such cases.

4. Service Payments

Payments can be made online during checkout or in person at the studio.

We accept GCash, debit/credit cards, and other approved payment methods displayed on our website.

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

All purchased services and deposits are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed.

In cases where a service could not be rendered due to circumstances beyond our control, clients may request credit toward future services within 60 days.

Packages, vouchers, and promotional offers are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment time.

Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in shortened service time or cancellation, depending on the schedule for the day.

Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows, and deposits will be forfeited.

7. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

L’Atelier & Co. reserves the right to refuse service if it may compromise the client’s health or safety.

All equipment and tools used are sanitized and sterilized following strict hygiene and safety protocols.

8. Gift Vouchers & Packages

Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

They must be presented upon redemption and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and logos — is owned by L’Atelier & Co. and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
